Return Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags intact

  • Return will be accepted only after inspection and approval by Vaaliyan.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or damaged products.

  • Custom-size or altered products.

  • Items purchased under discounts, offers, or sale events.

  • Accessories and free gifts (if applicable).

Refund Process

  • Refund will be initiated once the returned product passes quality check.

  • Shipping charges and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • Exchange allowed only for the same product or same price category.

  • Customer may need to pay additional shipping charges for exchange.

Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Provide clear images/video proof of the issue.

    • Replacement will be processed after verification.

Return Shipping

  • In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item).
